Return exceptions?
To make sure that our policy is fair for everyone, we cannot make any exceptions in our return policy. If the 14 days since your package was delivered has passed, there is nothing we can do. This is not because we don't want to help you, but because we can't decide which customers get an exception and who doesn't. We hope you understand.
How long do returns take?
From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to two weeks for us to process and refund your money. Please note that contacting our customer service team will not speed up this process.
Faulty items?
If you received an item that you are not satisfied with, please send us your order number, the name of the item and a photo within a few days of receiving your order. This way we can help you the fastest.
Info we need
In order to be able to help you quickly and efficiently, we always ask you to include your order number and the name of the item/photos of the issue when you contact us. That way we have everything we need to help :)
